Product Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Product Manager to join our team at Prime Appointments Recruitment Agency. As a Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our innovative product range.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute product strategies that align with company goals and market demands.
  • Create business cases for planning and resource allocation, ensuring effective product development.
  • Maintain a product roadmap that aligns with business and customer goals, prioritizing features based on customer needs and business value.
  • Oversee the product lifecycle from concept to end-of-life, ensuring timely and successful product launches.
  • Provide technical guidance and stay updated on industry trends, ensuring our products meet user and stakeholder needs.
  • Communicate product vision, strategy, and capabilities to executives, clients, and other key stakeholders, ensuring alignment and successful product launches.
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure successful product launches and continuous improvements, applying a structured, feedback-driven approach.
  • Monitor KPIs to assess product success and make data-driven decisions for future improvements.

Requirements:

  • A degree or HNC/HND in an engineering discipline or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Experience in electronics design or engineering environment, with a good understanding of electronics.
  • Ability to handle miniature electronic components, with a strong understanding of product development and lifecycle management.
