Product Manager

Prime Appointments Recruitment Agency is seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to join our team. As a Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our innovative product range. Based in Colchester, you will oversee the entire product lifecycle, from concept and development to market launch and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Align product vision with company goals and market demands, shaping strategy, direction, and positioning
  • Create business cases for planning and resource allocation
  • Maintain a roadmap that aligns with business and customer goals
  • Prioritize product features based on customer needs, business value, and stakeholder input, guiding development decisions
  • Oversee product lifecycle from concept to end-of-life
  • Provide technical guidance and stay updated on industry trends
  • Ensure product meets user and stakeholder needs, incorporating feedback from acceptance testing
  • Communicate product vision, strategy, and capabilities to executives, clients, and other key stakeholders
  • Collaborate across teams, ensuring alignment for successful product launches and continuous improvements
  • Apply a structured, feedback-driven approach to enhance the product over time
  • Monitor KPIs to assess product success and make data-driven decisions for future improvements

Requirements:

  • A degree or HNC/HND in an engineering discipline would be desirable or equivalent relevant experience
  • Experience in electronics design or engineering environment
  • Having a good understanding of electronics
  • The handling of miniature electronic components is preferred
