Willmott Dixon is seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our London & East construction business. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that projects are delivered within budget and to the highest quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in accurately valuing and certifying payments for supply chain partners.
  • Ensure external valuations are submitted in accordance with contract conditions and payments are received on time.
  • Complete cost value comparison reports to reflect the current project position.
  • Establish strong relationships with the supply chain, consultants, and customers to identify potential disputes and introduce effective solutions.
  • Work closely with the project team and senior commercial staff to meet budgeted targets.

Requirements

We are looking for a qualified Quantity Surveyor with previous procurement experience and relevant commercial skills. You should be a confident communicator who can form and develop relationships with all stakeholders.
