Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a professional front-of-house service, assisting with daily operations, and supporting the Lodge Manager in various tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with daily operations of the College Lodge and associated services
  • Provide a professional front-of-house service to guests and visitors
  • Support the Lodge Manager with fault and incident reporting, site security, and control of site access
  • Assist with a wide range of other tasks as required
Requirements
  • Confident and well-presented individual with excellent customer service, communications, and interpersonal skills
  • Competent user of IT systems and applications, particularly Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work at night, weekends, and bank holidays, with a flexible attitude towards working hours
  • First aid certificate and SIA-approved door supervision and manned guarding certificates an advantage
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £34,029.36 per annum (equivalent to an hourly rate of £15.58) pro-rata for part-time staff, as well as a range of benefits and opportunities for professional development.
