About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Room Leader to join our team at Muddy Boots Nursery. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional childcare and education to our children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Room Leader in leading a team to provide high-quality care and education to children
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of educational programs and activities
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Assist with the supervision and guidance of staff members
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Relevant Early Years qualification (e.g. Level 3 or above)
  • At least 1 year of experience working in an Early Years or Nursery setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
