The Peninsula London is seeking a skilled Receptionist to join our team within the fine dining restaurant, Brooklands. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience from the moment they arrive.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide friendly and discreet service to all guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Accurately follow standard procedures for taking reservations and creating new guest profiles.
  • Ensure consistency in creating a new guest profile and understanding all food and beverage menus and operating hours of each restaurant.
  • Have knowledge of food and beverage options, including contemporary European cuisine.
