RiSC+ Network Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced RiSC+ Network Manager to join our team at Queen's University Belfast. The successful candidate will be responsible for effectively managing the development and delivery operations of the RiSC+ Network.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the development and delivery of the RiSC+ Network, ensuring timely and within-budget completion of projects.
- Line manage a professional support team, providing guidance and direction to ensure the team's success.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues within Queen's University Belfast and partner institutions to ensure effective research and outreach activities.
- Negotiate and influence key stakeholders internally and externally to achieve project goals.
- Develop and implement a project framework, reporting and communication strategy for the RiSC+ Network.
- A primary degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant discipline, or substantial professional experience.
- Evidence of establishing a project framework, reporting and communication strategy in a national multi-partner project.
- Evidence of contributing to the development and delivery of complex, multi-stakeholder Networks.
- Demonstrable experience of motivating and line managing staff.
- Evidence of negotiating and influencing a range of key stakeholders internally and externally.
