Sous Chef Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our client's team in a dynamic kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing the food operation, working closely with the Head Chef and key stakeholders to deliver a consistent, compliant, and profitable department.
  • Participate in food ordering and stock rotation to minimize waste and ensure efficient inventory management.
  • Develop and implement effective kitchen procedures to drive productivity and quality.
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing kitchen team, providing coaching and training to support their growth and development.
  • Stay up-to-date with current food trends and cooking techniques, inspiring the team to deliver exceptional culinary experiences.

Requirements:

  • Excellent culinary skills and experience in a similar role.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to engage and motivate others.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
