We are excited to offer a remarkable opportunity for a Spa Therapist at our prestigious 5-star hotel located in Cardiff Bay. This position is on a 16-hour per week contract.

As a valued member of our team, you will receive a competitive pay rate of £13.75 per hour, along with a £250 bonus upon successful completion of your probationary period.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a comprehensive range of Massage and Beauty Therapy treatments while ensuring a high standard of service.
  • Engage in retail sales to both members and guests.
  • Maintain exceptional communication and organizational skills.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Must be trained to UK, NVQ level 3 or equivalent in beauty treatments and massage.
  • Previous experience in a guest-facing role is essential.
  • A genuine passion for spa and wellness is required.
  • Ability to multitask and pay attention to detail.

Working Hours:

This role requires availability on weekends, which are our busiest days.
