Voice Telecoms Support Specialist

Hawksworth UK is seeking a skilled Voice Telecoms Support Specialist to join their team. As a key member of the telecommunications team, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and administering telephone systems, as well as providing face-to-face, telephone, and email support to end-users.
Key Responsibilities:- Install and maintain Cisco IP Telephony systems, including desk phone installation and administration
- Manage and support meeting room equipment and room users for Cisco video conferencing systems
- Experience with trading voice turrets, including installing and using dealer boards
- Manage SIP service providers and SIP trunks
- Support Nice NTR voice recording, ensuring call recording integrity and playback
- Cisco IP Telephony support experience
- Cisco Video conferencing systems
- SIP service providers & SIP trunks
- Nice NTR
- Cisco CUCM
- Supporting Mobile phones and meeting room equipment
- Financial Services Industry experience (ideally Investment Banking)
