Job Title: Voice Telecoms Support Specialist

Hawksworth UK is seeking a skilled Voice Telecoms Support Specialist to join their team in London. As a key member of the telecommunications team, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and administering telephone systems, as well as providing face-to-face, telephone, and email support to end-users.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install and maintain Cisco IP Telephony systems, including desk phone installation and administration
  • Provide technical support for Cisco video conferencing systems, including managing and supporting meeting room equipment and room users
  • Manage SIP service providers and SIP trunks
  • Support Nice NTR voice recording, ensuring call recording integrity and playback
  • Assist with trading voice turrets, including installing and using dealer boards
Requirements:
  • Experience with Cisco IP Telephony support
  • Cisco Video conferencing systems expertise
  • SIP service providers and SIP trunks management
  • Nice NTR voice recording support
  • Cisco CUCM knowledge
  • Supporting mobile phones and meeting room equipment
  • Financial Services Industry experience, preferably in Investment Banking
