Main Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of dental contracts, ensuring compliance with national policy and local governance processes.
- Work closely with stakeholders, including contractors, to support the delivery of dental services.
- Produce reports and analysis to inform decision-making and drive improvement in contract delivery.
- Support the commissioning of projects and procurement of services to meet the needs of our patients.
- Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including contractors and healthcare professionals.
- Post-graduate degree level in a relevant subject or equivalent level qualification.
- Significant experience of working in a similar role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to extract key messages from complex data.
- Demonstrable understanding of equality, diversity, and inclusion principles.
