We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Occupational Therapist to join our team at Llanarth Court Hospital. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing a high-quality service that meets the needs of our patients with mental illness and/or personality disorder.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver a range of innovative interventions to motivate and engage individuals to improve their occupational skills and mental wellbeing.
- Assess, intervene, and evaluate progress in line with multidisciplinary care plans.
- Develop and implement creative strategies to work with clients with a range of presenting difficulties.
- Contribute to report writing, clinical note taking, and department meetings.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Degree or Diploma in Occupational Therapy and registration with the HCPC.
- Excellent therapeutic and communication skills.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
