**Job Summary**
Project People is seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Affairs Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Governance, Risk and Compliance Counsel, you will be responsible for ensuring a strong culture of compliance and risk management within the company.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Create and drive the programme for Beacon training and compliance, providing operational end-to-end project management.
- Ensure company compliance with competition law, and work with the shareholder compliance teams to drive the right behaviors around information sharing.
- Support the Governance, Risk, and Compliance Counsel in delivering and further developing the Governance, Risk and Compliance frameworks for Beacon and lead on key workstreams, including new training initiatives, policies, and procedures within the company.
- Implement robust and effective controls to ensure that information sharing occurs in a manner that is consistent with competition law requirements.
**Requirements**
- 5 years experience working in a similar/relevant Governance and Compliance role.
- Good working knowledge of project management principles.
- Experience in delivering or supporting the delivery of regulatory compliance and adherence to rules and guidelines.
- Computer and technology literate with excellent Microsoft Office, Teams, Excel and Outlook skills as well as the ability to use other platform solutions.
