As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in coordinating the effective management of Raw Materials across the RTW Sampling procurement process. Your expertise will ensure that we achieve and exceed functional quality standards through a strong supplier base, strategic relationships, and technical knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Procurement & Supplier Management
  • Ensure timely shipments from suppliers, monitoring deliveries to guarantee on-time arrival.
  • Manage the inbound/outbound of sampling materials from the third-party warehouse and issue POs and invoices.
  • Responsible for maintaining accurate data on internal files & systems (PLM), including product setup.
  • Build and establish collaborative partnerships with key suppliers, facilitating timely two-way communications and risk mitigation.
  • Assist in the end-to-end management of the supplier base, including selecting and onboarding, negotiation, matrix, and risk management.
  • Contribute to sustainable materials and data accuracy.
  • Track supplier performance in line with KPIs set.
  • Review supplier performance management feedback and agree on an appropriate response mechanism.
  • Ensure effective use of systems and maintenance of data accuracy.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in the Textile industry.
  • University Degree in textile engineering education or equivalent.
