Job Title: OTM/GTM Application Specialist

Thales is seeking an experienced OTM/GTM Application Specialist to join our team. As an OTM/GTM Application Specialist, you will be responsible for configuring OTM/GTM modules to meet the needs of the organisation, collaborating with business stakeholders to gather and understand OTM/GTM management related business requirements, and providing training to users.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, build, and implement customisations and enhancements to align with and support business processes
  • Provide training to users
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for configurations, customizations, and business processes
  • Participate in user and task analysis to maintain the business community's perspective
  • Responsible for preparing and supporting the preparation of Functional Designs documents for custom development
Requirements:
  • OTM/GTM Solution expert – a minimum of five years implementation experience
  • Essential Functional Skills: OTM/GTM modules/functionality as appropriate
  • Oracle ERP exposure across any of the following domains: Manufacturing and Supply Chain Modules, Procurement/Purchasing Modules, Projects Modules, Repair/Service Modules, Finance Modules
  • Broad IT Knowledge – specifically on large ERP type systems (SAP/IBS/CODA) - applications, presentation services, storage, networks, IT infrastructure, service level agreements, Asset management, DBA, system integration, etc.
  • Knowledge/experience of design to implementation methodologies – with experience gained on ERP implementation projects
