Job Title: OTM/GTM Application Specialist

Thales is a global leader in the aerospace, transportation, defence, security, and space industries. We are seeking an experienced OTM/GTM Application Specialist to join our team in Crawley, UK.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced OTM/GTM Application Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will have a minimum of five years' experience in implementing OTM/GTM solutions and will be responsible for delivering ERP services through functional consulting, business requirements gathering, and process flow charting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provision of functional consulting services for GTM/OTM modules and group/business applications
  • Gathering, documenting, and managing business requirements and process flow charts
  • Providing hands-on analysis, design, testing, training, implementation, and support utilizing prescribed software design lifecycle techniques and system documentation techniques (AIMS/OUM)
  • Assisting in defining and optimizing simple yet effective business processes and driving change within the organization through negotiation and consensus-building
  • Ensuring OTM/GTM initiatives follow proper planning, scheduling, and management processes
  • Managing on-time project delivery and business expectations and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Assisting with risk management and change management on projects
  • Working closely with the business community, participating in user and task analysis to maintain the business community's perspective, and coaching and mentoring via workshops and/or transition support activities
  • Preparing and supporting the preparation of functional designs documents for custom development
  • Participating in transitioning the solution requirements to the 3rd Party development team to ensure a clear and complete understanding of the requirements
  • Assisting in translating requirements into test conditions and expected results for functional, system verification, and user acceptance testing
  • Participating in quality management reviews as outlined in the validation task overview, in particular reviews of the designs, prototypes, and other requirements work products to ensure they fulfill the requirements
  • Building and maintaining client relationships both internally and externally
About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced OTM/GTM Application Specialist with a minimum of five years' experience in implementing OTM/GTM solutions. The successful candidate will have essential functional skills in OTM/GTM modules/functionality as appropriate and Oracle ERP exposure across any of the following domains: manufacturing and supply chain modules, procurement/purchasing modules, projects modules, repair/service modules, finance modules, and broad IT knowledge.

The ideal candidate will have knowledge/experience of design to implementation methodologies, technical IT skills, understanding of SLA and service delivery, good communication skills, team working and line management of delivery/support teams, logical analysis, business awareness, IT development skills, and excellent Word, Excel, VISIO, PowerPoint skills, and Office technologies.
