We are looking for a talented and driven Senior Building Consultant to join our dynamic team at Girling Jones Ltd.
In this role, you will work closely with our established clients, engaging in a variety of projects across multiple sectors, including education, healthcare, public services, residential, retail, and commercial enterprises.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with a Project Director to manage building consultancy assignments and oversee junior team members.
- Support the wider team in delivering building consultancy services.
- Engage with clients on a project-specific basis across diverse sectors.
- Initiate client discussions at the start of projects to develop comprehensive project briefs.
- Prepare feasibility assessments and project proposals.
- Analyze and create project timelines.
- Oversee project management tasks from inception to completion.
- Prior experience in conducting condition assessments and Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated experience in providing consultancy services across a range of projects.
- Possess a valid driving license and be prepared to travel as required for daily responsibilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Exhibit a positive and adaptable attitude.
