Key Responsibilities- Manage relationships with key accounts, managing inbound and outbound activity.
- Deliver a high-quality service to our clients at all times.
- Negotiate the close of sales, handle member objections and overcoming competitor challenges, highlighting the benefits of Education Mutual.
- Assisting Member schools with claims enquiries and support.
- Updating CRM system with customer information and managing own pipeline of activity.
- Providing regular reporting information on agreed KPIs.
- A proven track record in sales/customer service.
- Risk aware in handling client information, 100% client centric, focussed on the best possible outcome for our clients at all times.
- Due diligence and process driven to deadlines, task focused, results oriented and takes initiative.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, confident when building and maintaining rapport.
- Ability to work well along-side others & alone as needed.
- Proficient in MS office.
- Eligible to work in the UK.
