Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Ledger: Process client invoices, periodic internal and external recharges, sales receipts, and credit control.
  • Purchase Ledger: Process supplier invoices, staff expense claims, credit card transactions, and manage regular payments.
  • Nominal Ledger: Record daily and monthly journals for Cash Book entries.
  • Balance Sheet: Conduct bank reconciliations, manage control account, suspense, and intercompany reconciliations.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar Finance Assistant role.
  • Strong IT skills with at least intermediate proficiency in Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • A high level of accuracy with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritise workload, meet deadlines, and work well under pressure.
  • A team player with good problem-solving abilities.
