  5. Emergency Response: React swiftly to emergency call-outs and deliver effective solutions to restore functionality.
  6. Customer Service: Engage professionally with clients, offering expert guidance and fostering positive relationships.

  8. Health and Safety: Strictly follow health and safety regulations, prioritising the well-being of yourself and others.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Demonstrated experience as a Commercial Heating Systems Specialist, with proficiency in both installation and maintenance.
  • Relevant certifications such as NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing and Heating, Gas Safe registration, and City & Guilds qualifications.
  • Strong technical understanding of commercial heating systems, including boilers, radiators, controls, and pipework.
  • Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills, with a proven history of successful repairs.
  • Effective communication abilities and a valid driver's license.
Salary range is approximately £45,000 - £60,000 per annum (Negotiable based on experience).
