Care South is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team at Castle Dene, our specialist, frail elderly and dementia residential care home.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify the needs and abilities of our residents and deliver exceptional person-centered care.
  • Support and encourage residents to maintain their independence.
  • Provide personal care services, including washing and dressing as needed.
