Position Overview

Join our dedicated team as an Outpatient Services Coordinator.

We are offering a part-time temporary role that includes weekend shifts on a rotational basis, tailored to the operational needs of our service. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual who prioritizes patient and customer service excellence.

Key Qualifications:

  • Strong computer skills with the ability to efficiently navigate various software systems.
  • Exceptional customer service abilities with prior experience in an office or reception environment.
  • Adaptability in work approach, including readiness to cover reception duties across different outpatient areas.
  • Willingness to provide reception support at alternate sites as required.
  • Availability to work any day of the week between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM to meet clinic demands (schedules will be shared in advance).
  • Ability to guide patients to the appropriate clinic if they arrive in the incorrect area.
  • Management of outgoing patient appointments post-consultation.
  • Timely resolution of all missing outcomes in line with organizational policies.
  • Active participation in mandatory training sessions.

Essential Knowledge:
