Vickerstock is collaborating with a locally owned, globally recognized manufacturing organization to recruit a Program Coordinator. In this role, you will oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
• Ensure that assigned projects are executed within the defined scope, timeline, budget, quality standards, and milestones.
• Facilitate the efficient coordination and completion of the project closure process, including addressing final project issues.
• Support the implementation of processes within the Project Management Framework to enhance product quality and align with customer and market expectations.
• Serve as the primary contact for the client's project.
• Maintain traceability between agreed deliverables and actual outcomes, ensuring alignment of expectations among stakeholders.
• Monitor project expenditures against the planned budget, taking corrective actions as necessary and keeping the finance team informed of any changes in projected margins.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a Project Management capacity.
• Proficiency in creating work plans using MS Project or similar project management tools.
