We are seeking a highly skilled Neonatal Nurse to lead our infant feeding support team in the NICU. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing expert nursing care to infants and their families, as well as developing and implementing strategies to improve infant feeding outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement infant feeding policies and procedures
- Provide education and training to NICU staff on infant feeding best practices
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans for infants with feeding difficulties
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with infant feeding guidelines
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners to improve infant feeding outcomes
- Registered Nurse with a specialization in Neonatal Nursing
- Experience in leading a team and developing policies and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of infant feeding best practices and guidelines
