About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nursery Manager to lead our brand-new nursery in Crowborough. As the Nursery Manager, you will have the unique opportunity to shape and lead our new nursery from the ground up, ensuring the highest standards of care and learning for our children.

Key Responsibilities

• Leadership: Develop and implement strategies to inspire and motivate your team towards excellence.
• Quality Improvement: Identify and implement enhancements in educational programs and operational procedures to drive success.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements and maintain a secure environment for children.
• Financial Management: Oversee the budget and resources effectively to ensure the nursery's financial stability.
• Community Engagement: Foster positive relationships with parents, staff, and the local community to promote a nurturing and stimulating environment.
• Professional Development: Encourage continuous team development to provide the best care and education.

Requirements

• NNEB, BTEC Nat Dip, CACHE Dip in Childcare, or NVQ Level 3.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Nursery Manager or Assistant Nursery Manager.
• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
• A focus on delivering high-quality childcare and early education.
