Role Overview: Level 3 Early Years Educator
Work Environment: Childcare facilities in the local area
Working Hours: Shifts available between 7:45 AM and 6:00 PM
Employment Type: Part-time, Full-time, Bank Hours
Compensation: Starting from £11.44 per hour
Key Duties:
- Deliver exceptional care and educational experiences for children aged 0-5 years
- Design and execute stimulating and educational activities aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
- Monitor and evaluate children's growth and learning
- Establish strong connections with children, parents, and fellow staff members
- Ensure a safe, clean, and engaging environment for all children
Qualifications:
- Level 3 Childcare qualification (e.g., CACHE Level 3 Diploma in Childcare and Education or equivalent)
- Experience in a nursery or similar educational setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team
- A proactive and enthusiastic attitude towards working with children
- Willingness to undergo an Enhanced DBS check
