Job Title: Interim Cost Transformation Lead

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Interim Cost Transformation Lead to spearhead a comprehensive cost transformation initiative within the Trinity House Group, a leading infrastructure business in the utility sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a robust cost transformation strategy tailored to the infrastructure and utility sectors, ensuring alignment with the company's long-term business objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify key areas for cost reduction, process improvement, and operational efficiency, leveraging industry best practices and benchmarking.
  • Lead and mentor cross-functional teams to execute cost transformation initiatives, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and cost consciousness across the business.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment with strategic goals, driving a culture of transparency and open communication.
  • Monitor and report on progress, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet targets, and providing regular updates to senior leadership.
  • Drive a culture of innovation and entrepreneurship, encouraging experimentation and calculated risk-taking to drive business growth and improvement.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in cost transformation within the infrastructure or utility sectors, with a track record of successful delivery and measurable results.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to navigate complex environments and drive cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to analyze complex data and develop actionable insights.
  • Proven ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels, from senior leadership to front-line employees.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to execute operational plans effectively, driving business growth and improvement.
