Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare comprehensive meeting materials for the CEO to facilitate reviews and presentations
• Draft follow-up correspondence summarizing key points from meetings
• Complete protection comparison reports, quotations, and manage application processes
• Collect and analyze Letters of Authority (LOA) information, ensuring accuracy before submission to the CEO
• Input data into relevant cash flow modeling systems
• Conduct onboarding discussions with new clients to outline services

Additional Administrative Duties:
• Manage various administrative tasks as required
