Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare comprehensive meeting materials for executive reviews and presentations.
- Draft post-meeting correspondence summarizing essential points from discussions.
- Complete protection comparison reports, quotes, and manage application processes.
- Collect and analyze Letters of Authority (LOA) information, ensuring precision before submission.
- Input data into relevant cash flow modeling systems.
- Conduct onboarding calls with new clients to outline available services.
- Manage additional administrative tasks as required.
