Rentokil Initial is seeking highly motivated and ambitious graduates to join our Sales and Management Graduate Scheme. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are eager to start their career with a leading company in the hygiene industry.
Key Responsibilities- Participate in our comprehensive training program, which includes sales and management development, to equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in your role.
- Work in various roles within the organization, including sales support, customer relations, and key accounts, to gain a broad understanding of our customers and their needs.
- Develop industry and business knowledge to make informed decisions and drive business growth.
- Contribute to local projects and participate in leadership development programs to enhance your skills and expertise.
- Progress to senior positions, such as Sales Team Leader, Key Account Manager, Branch Manager, and Area Central Support roles, after 24 months of service.
- A minimum of a 2:2 BSc/BA degree in any subject, with a preference for business-related, transport, logistics, supply chain, or management disciplines.
- A full UK driving license or be working towards obtaining one.
- Be hardworking, ambitious, and comfortable working in the field.
- Have excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Be motivated and eager to learn.
