Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join our team at a prestigious High-End Italian Restaurant. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in leading and motivating a team of chefs to deliver exceptional dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Head Chef in menu planning, food preparation, and presentation
  • Lead and motivate a team of chefs to ensure kitchen efficiency and high-quality food production
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to source fresh, high-quality ingredients
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
  • Contribute to the development of new menu ideas and culinary concepts

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Sous Chef in a high-end Italian restaurant
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a calm demeanor in a fast-paced kitchen environment
