The team is dedicated to achieving culinary excellence, and they are on the lookout for a skilled and committed Sous Chef to contribute to delivering exceptional dining experiences for guests, as well as overseeing kitchen operations in the absence of the Head Chef.

This role is perfect for individuals who value work-life balance and thrive in a fresh food environment.


Position Highlights:
Salary range: £35,000 - £37,000 annually, negotiable based on experience + Tips
Work-life balance: Enjoy 4 days of work followed by 3 days off each week
45-hour contract with time off in lieu for any overtime worked.
Supportive work environment with a nurturing Head Chef and management team
Focus on fresh ingredients: All dishes are crafted from seasonal produce with a creative twist
