We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contract Support Specialist to join our team at Pertemps. As a key member of our estate services department, you will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of grounds maintenance, cleaning, window cleaning, and waste removal contracts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the management of contracts, ensuring timely and effective delivery of services
  • Arrange and attend review meetings with contractors and internal stakeholders
  • Conduct regular on-site monitoring of contractor performance to ensure compliance with contractual requirements
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of contract performance and progress
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery

Requirements

  • Current basic DBS certificate
  • Experience in client-side grounds maintenance contract management
  • Good knowledge of amenity horticulture and applicable Health & Safety requirements
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Familiarity with and competence in the use of IT systems, including Excel and Word
