We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Community Relationship Advisor to join our team at Kiva Centers, Inc. As a Community Relationship Advisor, you will play a vital role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, their families, and the community at large.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement community outreach programs to promote our services and engage with potential clients.
- Collaborate with our clinical team to provide support and guidance to clients and their families.
- Build and maintain relationships with community partners, including local organizations, schools, and healthcare providers.
- Provide education and support to clients and their families on mental health topics and resources.
- Participate in community events and activities to promote our services and build relationships with potential clients.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as social work, psychology, or counseling.
- At least 2 years of experience working in a community-based setting, preferably in mental health services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, families, and community partners.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability.
- Strong knowledge of mental health services and resources, with a commitment to providing high-quality support and guidance to clients and their families.
