- Financial Reporting: Prepare and present month-end reporting packs for multiple business units, ensuring timely and accurate financial information is provided to stakeholders.
- Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support business decisions, identifying areas for cost savings and process improvements.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to all relevant financial regulations, including Sarbanes-Oxley, and maintain a strong control environment.
- Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve financial processes, identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency gains.
- Stakeholder Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including plant management and business unit leaders.
- Qualifications: Fully qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, or ACA) with a minimum of 6 years of experience.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a senior accounting role, preferably in a manufacturing or fast-paced environment.
- Skills: Strong technical accounting skills, with experience in SAP and Hyperion (HFM/XL load & retrieve). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships.
