Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to drive sales and customer engagement
  • Lead a team of visual merchandisers to ensure consistent and high-quality visual displays across the store
  • Collaborate with the store leadership team to achieve business objectives and drive store performance
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest fashion trends and product knowledge to ensure the store is always looking its best
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to help them grow and succeed in their roles
  • Work closely with the store operations team to ensure seamless execution of visual merchandising plans
  • Conduct regular visual audits to ensure the store is meeting visual standards and make recommendations for improvement
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including store leaders, visual merchandising teams, and external partners

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Visual Merchandising Manager who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business results. You will have a strong background in visual merchandising, with a proven track record of success in leading teams and driving visual displays that drive sales and customer engagement.
