**The Purpose**:
The visual merchandiser will work with the management team to enhance the aesthetic appeal of the Manchester United Megastore by creating compelling displays and maintaining a visually appealing retail environment.

**The Role**:

- Collaborate with the Assistant Manager & retail operations to ensure the product flow/placement achieves maximum sales.
- Plan and develop merchandising strategies to hit launch dates and balance company’s objectives.
- Analyse sales figures, customer reactions and market trends to anticipate product needs and plan product ranges.
- Maximise customer interest and sales levels by displaying products appropriately.
- Produce layout plans and maintain store stock and inventory.
- Produce weekly trade reports to share with wider business.
- Monitor stock movement and consider markdowns, promotions, price changes.
- Work with Megastore salesfloor team to develop store standards through training guides and guidance on launch projects.

**The Person**:

- Proven working experience in retail merchandising.
- Displays a great understanding and passion for the brand.
- Demonstrates creative flair
- Excellent analytical skills
- Strong commercial awareness
- A great eye for detail
- Computer literacy
- Self-assured in decision making.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
