Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a Registered Emergency Nurse to join our team at University Hospital Ayr.
Key Responsibilities:
This role is ideal for a highly motivated, dynamic, and dedicated professional eager to contribute to the Emergency Department at University Hospital Ayr. Candidates must possess current NMC registration and prior experience in emergency nursing is preferred. You should demonstrate strong teamwork abilities and the capacity to work independently.
Required Skills and Experience:
The successful candidate will exhibit effective listening and interpersonal skills, alongside proficient time management capabilities. You must be able to communicate clearly with nursing colleagues and members of the multidisciplinary team, playing a crucial role in delivering consistent, safe, and person-centered care amidst the daily challenges faced in the healthcare environment.
Work Schedule:
This position requires a commitment of 37 hours per week, with a shift pattern that includes both day and night rotations across a 7-day week.
Employment Type:
Please note that this position is offered on a fixed-term basis for a duration of 12 months.
