Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and implementation of the UK brand strategy and marketing programs.
  • Assist with commercial delivery of the brands, including monitoring and reporting on market performance and action planning.
  • Deliver campaigns and marketing activities, collaborating across functions, teams, and agencies to create strong digitally led, omnichannel marketing plans.
  • Craft content with a digital-first mindset and work closely with the Digital Hub team to deliver high-quality content to consumers, tracking and assessing performance to optimize and adapt.
  • Represent Home Care within the business, providing expertise on brand/project performance and plans.

Key Requirements:

  • Strong project management skills, with a proven track record of leading teams to execute complex projects, including innovation and renovation development.
