As a Graduate Engineer, you'll be part of a collaborative team responsible for defining repairs for wings across the Airbus commercial fleet. You'll work on a range of exciting projects, from designing and developing repair solutions to collaborating with internal teams on future aircraft designs. Our programme offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience, develop your skills, and build a strong network of professionals in the industry.

During your development journey, you'll have the chance to participate in rotational placements, including out-of-business placements with airlines or maintenance repair organisations, and internal placements with key teams such as Customer Services, Chief Engineers, or Future Projects. This will give you a comprehensive understanding of the industry and help you develop into a skilled Wing In-Service Repair Engineer.

To be successful in this role, you'll need to demonstrate a strong educational background in Aerospace or Aeronautical Engineering, excellent communication skills, and a desire to work in a collaborative team environment.
