We work across a wide range of industries, supporting employers to provide health and wellbeing support to their employees, ensuring that businesses are legally compliant, employees are safe and protected, and that businesses can focus on growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct health surveillance and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  2. Provide HAVS Tier 3 & 4 assessments and training to employees, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  3. Manage cases of work-related illnesses and injuries, providing support and guidance to employees and employers.
  4. Conduct pre-placement medicals to ensure employees are fit for work and can perform their duties safely.

Requirements:

  • Registered General Nurse (RGN) or Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with prior Occupational Health experience.
  • Current NMC Registration.
  • Occupational Health qualification (desirable) or relevant experience.
  • Proactive, team-oriented, friendly, and approachable individual with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to contribute to safe working practices across the OH delivery team.
  • Good understanding of Microsoft packages and comfortable using OH software.
