Retail Store Director

The Luxury Confectionery Company is seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Manager to lead our Aunty Nellies Sweet Shop in Cork City Centre. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the daily operations of the store, including managing local corporate customers within the Cork Area.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the daily running of the store, ensuring excellent customer service and a high-quality shopping experience.
- Develop and implement effective stock management strategies to maximize sales and minimize waste.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local corporate customers, identifying opportunities to increase sales and revenue.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and improve overall store performance.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of daily, weekly, and monthly administrative tasks, including cash management and reporting.
- Proven experience in a supervisory or management position, preferably in a busy retail environment.
- Excellent communication and delegation skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
- Strong customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Highly driven with a strong work ethic, able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong merchandising skills, with the ability to create visually appealing store displays and promotions.
