Job Role:

We are seeking a Commercial Coordinator with a focus on Traffic Management. This position will involve direct reporting to the commercial manager and managing all commercial elements associated with Traffic Management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing and validating records through IT systems
  • Overseeing the works diary to ensure timely billing
  • Supporting financial and commercial aspects of projects
  • Monitoring customer invoicing and subcontractor payments
  • Collaborating with councils and subcontractors as necessary
  • Ensuring financial objectives are achieved
  • Exhibiting meticulous attention to detail

Essential Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an administrative capacity
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Strong organizational capabilities
  • Legal Right to Work in the UK
  • Current DBS certificate
