Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Assistant Branch Manager to join our team. As a key member of our branch leadership team, you will play a vital role in driving sales growth, improving operational efficiency, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Branch Manager in leading a high-performing team, focusing on sales growth, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with the branch team to identify and implement process improvements, ensuring efficient operations and high-quality customer service.
  • Coach and develop team members to achieve their full potential, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, customer feedback, and operational metrics to inform business decisions and drive growth.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a sales or operations leadership role, preferably in a builders merchant or similar industry.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with a focus on sales growth, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
  • Excellent leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
