Role Overview

As a Beauty Advisor for L'Oreal, you will be driven and enthusiastic about cosmetics, committed to providing outstanding customer service.

You will operate within a designated beauty counter in a retail environment, reporting to the Assistant Manager and a L'Oreal Paris Area Manager.

Key Responsibilities: Proactively engage with customers on the sales floor to introduce them to L'Oreal Paris cosmetic offerings. Utilize insights to create a counter-specific strategy that aligns with commercial objectives. Oversee and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal product availability. Implement all product launches and merchandising in accordance with brand guidelines. Foster strong relationships with the broader store team.
