Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist to join our dedicated team at George Eliot Hospital NHS Trust. This is a permanent role offering a competitive salary range of £43,742 - £50,056 per annum.
Role Summary
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the MSK Outpatients department, providing advanced assessment and clinical reasoning for patients with a variety of musculoskeletal conditions. You will be responsible for developing and implementing tailored management and treatment plans, ensuring high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and establish clinical diagnoses for complex cases.
- Manage a diverse caseload of patients, maintaining accurate and detailed records.
- Support the MSK Team Leader in the operational management of the department.
- Provide clinical leadership and mentorship to junior staff and support workers.
- Engage in service development initiatives, audits, and training programs.

Qualifications and Experience
Essential:
- A degree or diploma in Physiotherapy.
- HCPC registration.

- Experience within the NHS framework.
- Post-registration training in a specialized area.
