The Role: Director, Investor Relations

As a key contributor to our communication strategy, you will be responsible for promoting Liberty Global's success and value proposition to investors and the financial community.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive investor relations strategies to enhance shareholder value and maintain strong relationships with institutional investors, analysts, and media outlets.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, reports, and other materials for investor meetings, conferences, and roadshows.
  • Manage the company's financial communications, ensuring timely and accurate disclosure of material information in accordance with regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges impacting investor sentiment.
  • Collaborate closely with senior management and other departments to ensure alignment on key messages and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of success in investor relations, preferably within the telecommunications or technology sector.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with a strong ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of financial markets, investment analysis, and corporate governance principles.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex information and provide clear insights.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field. An MBA is highly desirable.
