Job Title: Town Planner

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 DOE

Job Type: Permanent

Penguin Recruitment is seeking a motivated Town Planner to join their expanding team. With expertise across planning, architecture, and engineering, they deliver outstanding solutions for a variety of clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support site selection, appraisals, and feasibility studies.
  2. Prepare and coordinate planning submissions.
  3. Oversee the submission process from start to post-determination.
  4. Work on a mix of residential, commercial, and renewable energy projects.
  5. Manage client expectations and build strong relationships while delivering exceptional results.

Requirements:

  1. Experience in public or private planning (all levels will be considered).
  2. Demonstrate a strong interest in all areas of planning and a desire to grow.
  3. Thrive in a collaborative team setting and manage competing priorities effectively.
  4. Show excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
