We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Power Electronics Specialist to join our innovative team at Luton Bennett. This role is pivotal in the research, design, and development of advanced motor technologies and renewable energy storage solutions.
The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in power electronics design, including proficiency in schematic capture and PCB layout. A strong background in high power SiC/IGBT technology is essential, along with programming skills in C/C++.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all phases of product development from initial concept through to final product release.
- Conduct circuit design, modeling, and specification detailing.
- Oversee PCB design and product testing processes.
- Collaborate closely with software, systems, and mechanical engineering teams.
- Engage with key suppliers to ensure project success.

Qualifications:
